Celtic are one of several clubs pursuing teenager Bruno Davidson, according to The Scottish Sun.
Davidson is catching the eye and a host of clubs in England and Scotland are chasing his signature. Celtic face competition from teams in the Premier League and Sunderland for Davidson.
The 15-year-old spent last week with Southampton and they could make a move. The Saints are in the Premier League and want to sign Davidson as one for the future.
But Celtic have already made an offer. The Bhoys are trying to steal a march on their rivals by firming up their interest with a concrete offer. Sunderland have also made an offer for the 15-year-old.
Meanwhile, Leicester City and Wolverhampton Wanderers – who both play in the Premier League – also want Davidson. There are many clubs chasing the young winger, who is catching the eye.
Davidson currently plays for Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale in Edinburgh. But he could be set for a big move in the near future. Celtic will be hoping to fend off English interest and tempt him to Glasgow.
Davidson is clearly a highly-rated young talent with plenty of options on the table at the moment. He needs to sit down and make an informed decision about the best possible career path.
Celtic are clearly working fast to try to sign Davidson and this could be an interesting career move. He would have to relocate to Glasgow but he would still be in Scotland and he would join a team with a proven track record of promoting youth into the first-team.
