Arsenal are struggling to offload Eddie Nketiah this summer for the money they want and may have missed the opportunity to offload him to Brighton.
The Gunners are looking for around £20m to sell Nketiah this summer. The Athletic reports that Crystal Palace and two teams in Germany are willing to pay £10m for him.

However, in what will be a confusing matter for Arsenal fans to absorb, The Athletic also report that Nketiah was wanted by Brighton during the discussions with Ben White. Eventually, White signed for Arsenal for £50m, with the Gunners not entertaining talk of Nketiah going the opposite way.
Instead, it’s claimed Arsenal wanted the striker to sign fresh terms. But now, weeks down the line, the Gunners are faced with a tricky situation to manage.
Arsenal must now decide whether to simply cash in on Nketiah, or keep at trying to get him to stay put.
Nketiah has failed to deliver on the early promise he showed. After a good spell with Leeds United, he’s failed to kick on since and could now be among a number of players who depart north London.
TBR’s View: Arsenal made a mistake with Nketiah here
Why the Gunners simply didn’t include Nketiah in the White deal and take a discount, is a bizarre call. It’s a call Arsenal fans will probably be questioning as well.
Now, they are left with a player who doesn’t want to sign fresh terms and whose value is going down by the week.
The Gunners might be wanting £20m, but they won’t get it. Arteta and Edu, then, should take the £10m from Palace and run.
