Brentford are bracing themselves for Arsenal to make a bid for David Raya, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
Mikel Arteta boasts two superb goalkeeper options right now. Bernd Leno and Emiliano Martinez are looking set to battle it out for the number one spot at the Emirates.

Interestingly, it appears that the Gunners may also have their eye on another stopper.
According to the Daily Mail, the Bees are braced for Arsenal to make a move for Raya.
Raya has been one of the Championship’s best goalkeepers over the last two years. He was desperately unlucky that his final acts of last season were to pick the ball out of the net on a couple of occasions at Wembley.

Admittedly, he was caught out for Fulham’s first goal in the play-off final. But that should take little away from some of the colossal performances he produced following his switch to Griffin Park last season.
TBR View: Another report hints Raya bid may be less likely
While the Mail’s report suggests that an Arsenal bid for Raya may be on the cards, another report from the weekend perhaps hints that that may actually be less likely.
The Telegraph has suggested that Martinez is set to sign a new contract at Arsenal despite interest from elsewhere.
Should Arsenal manage to hold onto Martinez and Leno, it would be a surprise if they did decide to make a bid for Raya.
It remains to be seen if Martinez will indeed decide to sign a new contract. Brentford fans would certainly be forgiven for watching developments closely.
