Premier League club Bournemouth are reportedly a potential suitor for Tottenham’s Victor Wanyama.
According to the Daily Mail, the 28-year-old is a player that Bournemouth could want to bring in during the remainder of the summer transfer window.
The midfielder has been out-of-favour at Spurs and played just 22 senior games across all competitions last season.
He’s currently missing pre-season action due to a knee problem and was late back after competing in the Africa Cup of Nations.
Wanyama is someone that is on Bournemouth’s radar, but they would have to move late in the window to get him.
The defensive midfield has slipped down the pecking order in recent times at Spurs, with manager Mauricio Pochettino preferring other options.
He now has summer addition Tanguy Ndombele to compete with, as well the likes of Moussa Sissoko, Eric Dier and Harry Winks.

TBR’s View:
Wanyama’s game time in the first-team are surely going to be limited once again this season and the arrival of Ndombele has done his chances now harm.
The Kenyan was a powerhouse that made a huge impression when he first joined from Southampton back in 2016 and was a star during his first year.
But a string of injury problems and inconsistent form has seen his importance decrease, with several teammates now quite far ahead of him.
It would be intriguing to see how much Spurs value him if there was to be late interest this summer from Bournemouth.
