Liverpool defender Nathaniel Phillips is reportedly attracting interest from three clubs in England’s second-tier.
According to the Express, Championship clubs Blackburn Rovers, Bristol City and Swansea City are all keen to try sign the 23-year-old this summer, as well as some teams from Germany.
It is understood that Reds manager Jurgen Klopp is prepared to listen to moves on a permanent or loan basis, but it’s unclear on how much he’d cost due to the fact he’s entering the final year of his contract.
Phillips is still a prospect at Anfield considering he’s made just one first-team appearance for the Merseyside club, but he did impress last season during a loan in Germany last season.
The English centre-back played 23 games across all competition for Stuttgart, who were promoted to the Bundesliga last year.

TBR’s View:
Phillips is certainly not a youngster anymore aged 23 and it’s hard to picture him breaking into the Liverpool first-team anytime soon, so cashing in on him in this summer window surely makes sense.
He could be a decent addition for the suitors in the Championship as he’s a ball-playing centre-back with potential, but he needs a full season of regular minutes under his belt at senior level.
Klopp’s side do have some exciting rising stars coming through their ranks though, with the likes of Neco Williams and Curtis Jones two of the players to watch out for in the first-team.
