Barry Douglas may still be waiting to make his first appearance in the Premier League, but Leeds Live has suggested that the left-back remains happy with Leeds United amid reports linking him with a move away.
Douglas seemed to be one of the few senior players within Marcelo Bielsa’s squad linked with a transfer this summer.

Sky Sports suggested that Celtic wanted the 31-year-old earlier this summer. And the Daily Mail subsequently reported last month that talks had actually been held between the clubs about the defender.
Douglas has actually only featured in one of Leeds’s opening three games. That appearance came in the Carabao Cup defeat to Hull City.

He has not been named in either of their squads for their Premier League games. And that may have prompted some to wonder whether an exit could be on the cards.
However, Leeds Live reports that Douglas remains happy in West Yorkshire.
TBR View: Douglas stance unsurprising after Wolves disappointment
It would have been a surprise had Douglas wanted to leave Leeds this summer. Of course, he will not be happy if he remains out of the fold, especially with the Whites now out of the Carabao Cup.
But it was always difficult to imagine the Scotland international pushing for a move away. He previously missed out on securing a chance in the Premier League after playing a key role in helping Wolves to promotion.
And that disappointment will surely influence how he views his current situation at Leeds.
