Barcelona plan to make a move to take Tanguy Ndombele on loan during the January transfer window, with Sport reporting that Tottenham Hotspur are open to letting the Frenchman leave.
Ndombele has had a bizarre season to date. Of course, he began the campaign on the periphery after reportedly wanting to leave during the summer.

Eventually, Nuno Espirito Santo brought him into his plans. And he did manage to make an impact, scoring against Wolves and Newcastle.
Ndombele was left on the bench for the weekend’s clash with Manchester United in what proved to be the final game of Nuno’s tenure.
He will certainly be one of the players that supporters will be incredibly excited to see under Antonio Conte.

However, reports in Spain would suggest that Conte may already be considering letting him leave.
Sport claims that Conte wants Franck Kessie at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. And with that, they will be open to letting Ndombele go.
Managerial candidate Xavi wants Barcelona to strengthen in that area of the field in January. And thus, a loan bid for Ndombele may be on the cards.
Conte unlikely to let Ndombele leave Tottenham on loan in January amid Barcelona interest
Of course, it is difficult to predict what the future holds for any player now that Conte is through the door. Few could have imagined that Victor Moses, for example, would become a key figure of his Premier League title-winning side at Chelsea.
So assuming any player will soon leave seems naive at this stage.
Ndombele is a player with world-class ability. So if Conte gets the best out of him, he could be a devastating option for the Italian.
For that reason, it is hard to see Barcelona having any joy should they make a loan bid in January.
