Aston Villa could loan out Keinan Davis this summer, but the Express and Star reports that the Villans’ plans for the youngster could largely depend on whether Dean Smith manages to sign a striker before the transfer window closes.
Davis became the latest Villa player to commit his future to the club on Tuesday. As noted by the Express and Star, he has signed a contract until 2024.

The report suggests that Smith has high hopes for the 22-year-old, and he is currently second in the pecking order behind Ollie Watkins.
Nevertheless, it appears that Davis could be on the move in the near future.

According to the Express and Star, Villa could loan Davis out with a number of Championship sides keen on the starlet.
The report suggests however, that it could be dependent on the club strengthening their striker ranks before the window shuts.
TBR View: Loan move could be good for Davis
Davis has shown a lot of promise since emerging into the Villa first-team. However, he is still awaiting his first Premier League goal.
So a loan move to the Championship appears to make a lot of sense. He is certainly more likely to play regularly in the second tier, particularly if another striker arrives.
