Aston Villa want to add four players with Jack Grealish set to leave and join Manchester City, the Daily Mail say.
Additions wanted
Villa fans have been rocked by the news that Grealish is set to leave them today to join City in a £100 million deal.
Dean Smith’s squad will find it almost impossible to directly replace their talisman and captain.
However, Villa’s finances will be boosted by the sale of Grealish and they are now plotting to improve almost every area of their squad.
Grealish replacement?
The Mail say that Norwich City’s Todd Cantwell is on their radar and he looks the most natural replacement for Grealish that they have.
Cantwell is stylish in the final third and loves to take players on, just like Grealish.

Villa also are said to be plotting moves for Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham, Southampton central midfielder James Ward-Prowse and Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe.
That news is likely to be scant consolation for Villa fans right now, with Grealish’s departure clearly upsetting.
But having such depth in their ranks could help them, and if Villa can get all four deals over the line, there is a chance that they could just come out of this with a stronger squad overall.
