Aston Villa and Norwich City are reportedly leading the race for defender Daniel Opare from Belgian club Royal Antwerp.
According to the Sun, newly-promoted duo Villa and Norwich are both weighing up deals for the 28-year-old.
It is understood that he could cost a bargain £500,000 price this summer, as he is about to enter the last year of his contract.
Opare would be a bargain for a six-figure price and two teams preparing for life back in the Premier League are keen on his signature.
The Ghana international is a right-back by trade renowned for his pace and power, but has the versatility to slot in at midfield too.

TBR’s View:
Dean Smith is facing a crucial transfer window this summer where he needs to ensure that he builds a squad capable of competing in the top-flight.
Opare has spent most of his career in the Belgian league, but has experience in Germany and Turkey too.
Villa could do with an upgrade at right-back and the African defender may be a decent upgrade on Alan Hutton.
But the Midlands giants need to make serious improvements all over the park, as a number of loanees helped them secure promotion from the Championship.
