Aston Villa are reportedly turning their attention to Ligue 1, as they bid to try and ease the blow of losing Wesley for the rest of the season.
According to The Daily Mail, the Midlands club could move for Amiens forward Serhou Guirassy, who has four goals in 16 appearances so far in 2019/20.

The target man has caught the eye with some impressive displays following his £5 million transfer from Koln last summer, and is now attracting interest from England.
The Mail state Leicester City are also keen on the 23-year-old.
Amiens are apparently open to selling this month for the right price. Since he’s only just joined, the French outfit are likely to want a significant return on their original investment.
Villa seriously need reinforcements in the next two weeks, with their Premier League status undoubtedly under threat.
TBR’s view – Guirassy would be a massive gamble
Villa are in big trouble at the moment, and they simply have to get their business right this January.

Dean Smith needs to land a reliable goalscorer, and Guirassy has not proven to be that kind of player in his career so far with just 33 in 142 games so far.
Surely Smith needs to be focusing on someone like Olivier Giroud, who has no future at Chelsea, and is the target man like Guirassy but is also a proven Premier League goalscorer.
