Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur may have been placed on alert, with a player they’ve both been linked with seemingly now able to leave his club.
Calciomercato bring a report from Corriere dello Sport that AS Roma are open to selling winger Cengiz Under this month after a difficult start for him to the 2019/20 campaign.

The talented Turkey international’s season has been interrupted by injuries, meaning he’s been limited to just 10 appearances so far.
Apparently Roma have been approached by clubs in England and Germany – it is not stated if Arsenal or Spurs (both linked by Turkish-Football and various other publications in 2019) are the teams in question from the Premier League.
The 22-year-old was signed by the Italians in 2017, and is under contract until 2023.
TBR’s view – A move from either unlikely
Roma may now be open to selling Under, but it would be a surprise to see either Arsenal or Tottenham make a move this month.

Arguably, both clubs are more in need of defensive reinforcements at the moment rather than a wide player.
Under, who is valued at around €40 million/£34 million by Roma (Calciomercato), is a very promising player, but it is surely unlikely any of the north London sides will be making a play for him.
Perhaps if there were to be any offers, the clubs would have to sell a winger first.
