Report: Arteta decides he's going to loan out 18-year-old Arsenal wonderkid soon, he's 'more exciting than Saka'
According to Football London, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has decided to send young Omari Hutchinson out on a season-long loan next season.
Arsenal’s Hale End has given rise to some of the finest talents over the years. Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe are the two most notable ones now, and they’re both up there with the best young players in world football.
Arteta has a wealth of talent at his disposal now and things will only get better. Arsenal’s current crop of youngsters coming through the ranks in their academy is as good as it has ever been.
18-year-old Hutchinson is arguably the most talented of them all and he’s set to be given an opportunity to go out and gain some experience next term.
Arsenal will send Omari Hutchinson out on loan this summer
Hutchinson has played 22 times in all competitions this season for Arsenal’s youth side and he has been magnificent. The teenager has scored six goals and has provided seven assists, and he has caught everyone’s eye.
The report claims that Arsenal have decided to send the talented attacker on loan in the summer and Championship side Reading are very keen. The player himself is interested in going out to get some senior football under his belt as well, which is a good thing.
It has also been claimed that coaching staff at London Colney have been really impressed by the teenager, and he’s viewed by everyone at the club as one for the future.
Hutchinson has often featured in first-team training sessions at Arsenal and has even been named as a substitute in the Premier League matchday squad by Arteta on eight different occasions.
Praised by Pele, more exciting than Saka
Pele is viewed by many as the greatest player to ever grace the game. If you manage to catch his eye, you must have done something special. That’s exactly what Hutchinson did.
The Arsenal wonderkid got a chance to meet the Brazil icon a few years ago and showed off his skills on the ball. Pele reportedly told Hutchinson: “That was amazing!”
If that’s not enough to convince you that the 18-year-old is a spectacular talent, you should give FourFourTwo‘s 50 most exciting young players list a quick read.
