Arsenal could be offered the chance to offload two players to Stuttgart this summer, with The Independent reporting that the Bundesliga side are also looking at Sokratis Papastathopoulos, as well as Konstantinos Mavropanos.
The Independent reports that Mavropanos is closing in on agreeing a loan move to Stuttgart. The move will see the defender sign for former Gunners head of recruitment Sven Mislintat.

But he may not be the only player to make that particular move this summer.
The Independent has suggested that Stuttgart also want Sokratis. The report notes that he has just one year left on his contract at the Emirates.

It is also suggested that his wages may prove to be an issue. Spotrac shows that Sokratis earns £92,000-a-week.
So it would appear that there is significantly greater doubt over a move for Sokratis than Mavropanos.
TBR View: Arsenal should be ready to let Sokratis go
Sokratis does bring a wealth of experience. And he has produced some impressive performances during his time in North London.
However, Mikel Arteta needs to oversee significant changes amongst his defence this summer. And part of that process must surely involve offloading a number of their current options.
If they are offered the chance to move some of their players on therefore, the Gunners should be open to reaching an agreement – even if that means taking an additional financial hit.
