Arsenal starlet Reiss Nelson is wanted by new Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira this season, with the Eagles keen on a loan deal.
Nelson, 21, has found himself on the periphery of proceedings with Arsenal in the last 12 months. Despite impressing Mikel Arteta initially, Nelson has found game-time hard to come by.
He is one of a number of young players who the Gunners are open to letting leave this summer. And The Sun has now reported that Crystal Palace and their boss Vieira want to bring Nelson to Selhurst Park.

Vieira has his eye on his former club as he looks to put his own stamp on proceedings with Palace. The new Eagles boss has already signed Marc Guehi from Chelsea, and he also added Conor Gallagher on loan this weekend.
Nelson, then, is apparently next on his list. The Sun claims the Arsenal man tops the list of potential signings for Palace and their new boss.
Mikel Arteta is open to letting Nelson go out and get regular minutes. Other Gunners youngsters, such as Eddie Nketiah, could also follow a similar path.
Nelson needs a move badly, Palace might work for him
After initially looking like someone who was going to be a regular for Arsenal, Nelson has fallen way down the pecking order recently.
Mikel Arteta knows he has a good player with Nelson. But the problem is fitting him into his XI and even matchday squad.
The midfielder, who plays wide in the main, has seen the likes of Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe become regulars with the Gunners. A loan spell, then, might be Nelson’s best chance of trying to follow suit.
Palace are a good club, too. And with Vieira at the helm, there’s definitely added incentive for Nelson to make the switch.
