Report: Arsenal will send scouts to watch Tammy Abraham vs Leicester
Arsenal are planning to send scouts to watch Tammy Abraham on Thursday when Roma face Leicester City in the semi-final of the Europa Conference League, according to a report from Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb.
Abraham has been absolutely outstanding since joining the Giallorossi in the summer. He has scored 24 goals in all competitions, including eight in the Conference League. No player has found the back of the net more often.
Reports at the weekend claimed that Arsenal are planning to make a £50 million bid for Abraham. They are hoping that Roma would be open to making a quick profit on the striker.

Mikel Arteta’s men, of course, need to sign at least one new goalscorer in the coming months. And Abraham is open to returning to London one year after leaving Chelsea.
He is set to be back in England this week. And it appears that Arsenal are set to take the opportunity to have another look at the 24-year-old.
Tuttomercatoweb reports that the Gunners will be amongst the sides to send scouts to watch the game between Jose Mourinho’s side and the Foxes. And they have their eye on Abraham.
Tammy Abraham looking to improve his form as Arsenal prepare scouting mission
Abraham is actually going through his most underwhelming patch of form since the early stages of his spell in Italian capital. He has only scored one in his last six appearances for the club.
But he has been superb throughout the campaign. And he has previously been described as an ‘unbelievable‘ player.
A good performance against Leicester could really stand out. Thriving against Premier League opposition would make a further statement.
One performance may not decide whether Arsenal make a bid. But perhaps, it may leave the Gunners in a position where they come away thinking they simply cannot not make an offer.
