Arsenal are considering reigniting their interest and making a move for Jesse Lingard this summer, according to a report from The Sun.
Lingard’s future looks set to be a key talking point over the coming months. He has been an outstanding loan signing for West Ham United.

The 28-year-old has scored six goals and contributed three assists for the Hammers. His form has resulted in his recent return to the England squad.
And it appears that he may be at the centre of a bidding war this summer.

According to The Sun, Mikel Arteta is keen to rival West Ham for his signature. The report notes that Arsenal were keen on Lingard in January before his move to the London Stadium.
It is also suggested that Roma want the attacking midfielder.
The Sun adds that Arsenal would be able to meet his near-£110,000-a-week wages. Meanwhile, a report from The Sun suggested that Manchester United’s asking price could go as high as £40 million.
TBR View: £40m Lingard move would be a huge gamble
If Lingard is capable of replicating the form he has shown for West Ham, any permanent move this summer could prove to be inspired.
However, paying anything like £40 million would initially have to be deemed a huge gamble. He turns 29 before the end of the year. And it does feel like his West Ham form has come almost from nowhere.
Arsenal fans are probably bracing themselves for Edu and Arteta not working with a game-changing budget this summer.
So spending a large chunk of that on Lingard may not go down too well.
