CBS Sports claim Arsenal are interested in luring Isco to The Emirates this month from Real Madrid, but will have to secure a loan deal similar to the one Tottenham Hotspur secured for Gareth Bale if they are to secure the Spaniard’s signature.
Isco, 28, has been in and out of the Madrid side this season – starting only three of his 11 league and cup appearances for Zinedine Zidane’s side. The 38-time Spain international has entered the final 18 months of his contract at Madrid.
Welsh superstar Bale rejoined Tottenham – seven years after leaving the club – after Tottenham and Real Madrid came to an agreement that sees Bale’s wages subsidised by Real Madrid. There is no buyout clause, but the option of another loan.
CBS report that the only way Arsenal will nab Isco this month is by securing a six-month loan to get him until the end of the season on a temporary basis. However, like Tottenham’s deal for Bale, a loan for Isco would have to be subsidised.

TBR’s view – Arsenal should pay anything to get Isco
The report states that Emi Buendia is a target, but he is expected to cost the best part of £40million, while Houssem Aouar is expected to cost even more than that figure. Dominik Szoboszlai is expected to join RB Leipzig.
But Isco has it all. He has played at the best level, has all the experience, and is still only 28. Arsenal are known for bringing big-name players to the club and Isco would another example of that. Arsenal have got to break the bank to get Isco.
