Arsenal have reportedly lodged a bid of €25million (£22 million) to sign Thomas Meunier from Paris Saint-Germain.
Tuttomercatoweb claim the Gunners have put an official offer to the French champions, who are apparently open to selling the 36-cap Belgian this summer.

Meunier was a regular when current Arsenal boss Unai Emery was PSG manager, but Thomas Tuchel used him more sparingly in 2018/19.
The World Cup semi-finalist had strong competition from the likes of Dani Alves, Thilo Kehrer and Colin Dagba.
Meunier is out of contract next summer and it’s PSG’s last chance to get some decent money for the versatile ace.
TBR’s view
Meunier would be a good signing for Arsenal.
The 27-year-old is in his prime and would provide good competition for Hector Bellerin and also cover at left-back, central defence and wing-back.
His signing would be very refreshing for fans who struggled to warm to Stephan Lichtsteiner last season.

Emery obviously knows him very well, and £22 million appears to be a fair offer for a player with one year left on his contract.
Arsenal’s defence is undoubtedly the area of their squad that needs the most attention, and Meunier would be an encouraging start to the summer window.
