Arsenal staff are so impressed with maturity of their young duo of widemen Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.
The Daily Mail say that Gunners insiders are blown away by the development of Martinelli, and that is off the pitch as well as on it.
They have been impressed by the interest and support he shows everyone round the club and he is described in the report as a ‘standout character.’
‘He has an unusual emotional maturity for his age,’ says one quote from a staff member, who claims Martinelli regularly checks on them and asks how he can help and Saka is seen as similar.

Saka and Martinelli impressing Arsenal staff
Mikel Arteta has made a real effort to fill his Arsenal squad with young, hungry players and good characters who can drive the club forward.
Saka and Martinelli epitomise that and can be a part of the club’s future for the next decade if they choose to do that.
That said, both of them need to sort their contract situations out, which are not urgent but they are dwindling and will attract interest from elsewhere.
Journalist Ben Jacobs recently told The Football Terrace that it is definite that Saka will sign a new contract at Arsenal, but Martinelli may have his head turned by the offers that come in for him.
But after Sunday’s game the Brazilian said he wants to stay in north London, saying he is so happy with life at Arsenal.
Getting both those contract signed, sealed and delivered would be huge for Arsenal and as important as any incoming transfer business they could do.
