7 Footballers Who Were GENUINELY Irreplaceable

Sassuolo are prepared to sell the 23-year-old. But they want £35 million for the forward after he signed a new contract earlier this year.

Arsenal scouts raving about Scamacca

Something appears to have clicked for Scamacca in the last couple of years. He had scored one league goal by the end of the 2018/19 season having made his debut in the 2015/16 campaign.

But he ended this past year with 16 goals in Serie A. Only five players managed to find the back of the net more often in the Italian top-flight.

Fans may have their concerns. Arsenal need a frontline striker to move to the Emirates this summer. Jesus is that, having proven himself in the Premier League over a number of years.

Scamacca could have a very bright future ahead. Roberto Mancini said ‘he has everything‘. And he will not cost a huge amount for a club such as Arsenal.

But he would arrive with a point to prove if he ended up being the only striker Arsenal sign this summer. The Gunners’ scouts however, clearly think he has the potential to handle that.
