Paris Saint-Germain have opened talks with Arsenal over a £30 million deal to sign defender Hector Bellerin, according to the Daily Mail.
The Champions League finalists are keen to sign the right-back this summer and have opened the bidding with a £25 million offer, with an extra £5 million in the way of add ons.
Bellerin, 25, has fallen down the pecking order somewhat at Arsenal having been at the club since 2011 when he arrived from Barcelona.

Last season, the Spaniard played in just 15 league games, missing much of the campaign with various injury problems.
Should Bellerin be allowed to leave, it seems likely that Ainsley Maitland-Niles will earn a reprieve at the club, with his departure looking on the cards a few weeks back.
In total, Bellerin has risen through the youth ranks at the Emirates Stadium and played 205 games for the club, winning the FA Cup three times.
If the deal goes through, his final act for the Gunners will have been playing for 58 minutes as Arsenal defeated Liverpool in the Community Shield at the weekend.
Mikel Arteta has been busy this summer in the transfer market, adding Willian and Gabriel Magalhaes to his ranks ahead of next season.
For any additional big-name arrivals to check-in, the club might need to sell players and that could make this offer for Bellerin very tempting.
TBR View – Selling Bellerin looks ideal as Arteta aims to revive Arsenal
With Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar apparently on Arsenal’s list of transfer targets, taking the money for Bellerin looks like good business.

The Spaniard has struggled with injuries and with Maitland-Niles in form and Cedric arriving from Southampton in January, the Gunners are well-stocked at right-back.
Allowing the £110,000-a-week (Spotrac) star to depart could be perfect for Arteta as he aims to further strengthen his squad before the window closes next month.
