French outlet Le 10 Sport have claimed that Arsenal have prioritised signing Olympique Lyonnais striker Moussa Dembele – with the Gunners concerned they could lose Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang or Alexandre Lacazette.
Both Aubameyang and Lacazette are both being linked with moves as they continue to seem disillusioned at Arsenal’s form.. As Arsenal decline, so do the chances that the duo will sign new deals at The Emirates.
Dembele, 23, broke into senior football at Fulham before moving to Celtic under Brendan Rodgers – where he made his name. 51 goals in 94 league and cup outings saw Lyon come calling, signing the Frenchman for £19.7million.
He has since netted 30 times in 71 games, after a slow start. The Daily Star claim Lyon want £50million for Dembele, but after the long-term injury to Memphis Depay – it remains to be seen if the French side will let Dembele leave.
It is believed that Arsenal are prepared to pay the asking price, and will do so in either January or next summer.

TBR’s view – Arsenal would be better off with Dembele
Aubameyang and Lacazette are said to be considering an exit if Arsenal’s poor form continues, but perhaps the two Arsenall attackers should stop and think that they are part of the problem.
An utter laziness from both means The Gunners are not defending from the front. Yes, both continue to score, but they hardly contribute to play like they used to. Arsenal would be better off with an effervescent Dembele.
