Arsenal are not willing to let Emile Smith Rowe leave on a permanent basis, according to reports.
As per a report by Football.London, Arsenal will not allow Smith Rowe to leave on a loan-to-buy agreement.
The 18-year-old is currently out on loan at Red Bull Leipzig. And the Bundesliga side reportedly want to extend his loan for another season.
Smith Rowe has only played once for RB Leipzig since his January loan move due to injury.
But he will be hoping for more action before the end of the season after making his debut as a late substitute against Wolfsburg recently.
However, despite his lack of playing time, RB Leipzig still want the England U19 international to return next season. And moreover, the German club will seek a loan-to-buy deal to potentially make his move permanent in the future.

Smith Rowe has shown glimpses of his potential during the season with two goals in four Europa League matches and one goal in two EFL Cup games.
But Arsenal are ready to reject any loan-to-buy bids in the summer. The Gunners believe Smith Rowe has a bright future in North London and want to keep him.
Smith Rowe’s performances on the wing have certainly got fans excited about the future and it makes sense to keep one of their brightest young talents.
