Arsenal are reportedly mulling over two bids from Italy for Gunners midfielder Lucas Torreira, according to La Nazione.
The Italian outlet claims that Fiorentina, who were said to have abandoned their pursuit of the Uruguayan earlier this week, have returned with an improved offer.
La Viola have now offered Arsenal a loan fee of €10m (around £9m) with obligation to buy for €20m (around £18m), claims the report in La Nazione.

However, Torino are said to be frontrunners for Torreira’s signature with an offer of €24m (around £22m) to buy outright this summer.
Arsenal signed Torreira from Sampdoria for a reported £26m in 2018 and, to date, he has made 89 competitive appearances for the Gunners, claiming 10 goal contributions.
The 24-year-old’s £75,000-a-week contract at Arsenal runs until the summer of 2023.
TBR View:
The reports on Torreira’s future keep coming thick and fast, and with Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar being linked with Arsenal, it looks as though one midfielder will make way for another one this summer.
Torreira has done well enough for Arsenal since his arrival from Sampdoria in 2018, with one display – against Manchester United earlier this year – leading Alan Shearer to call him “excellent”.
However, most of his game time after the return of English football came off the bench, and it looks as though he could be used by Mikel Arteta to raise funds this summer.
