Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny could be set for a January move to La Liga, with Calciomercato reporting the player’s agent has held talks with Sevilla chief Monchi.
The 27-year-old is currently on a season-long loan at Turkish giants Besiktas.

After being sent off in his first game, Elneny has returned to show some solid form in recent weeks.
Apparently the club have an option to buy for €16 million/£14 million, but Fanatik report they won’t be able to afford that and will instead request to loan the Egyptian for another season.
Despite some good showings of late, Elneny apparently hasn’t really settled in Turkey and can become Julen Lopetegui’s ‘winter gift’ according to the report.
TBR’s view – Arsenal should sell
Arsenal only spent £5 million on Elneny (BBC Sport), and with the way things are going they could make a small profit on him.

Realistically, he isn’t quite good enough to become a starter back at Arsenal.
He’s been at the Emirates since 2016 but has never truly convinced in English football.
Perhaps Monchi, who was linked with a move to Arsenal earlier this year, can aid the Gunners in getting the player off the wage bill for good.
