If Sead Kolasinac is to leave Arsenal this summer it may be that the Gunners have to pay some of his wages.
Compromise to be met?
Fenerbahce are keen to sign the Arsenal full-back, but cannot afford his current wages.
Kolasinac is said to be on around £4.6 million a year at Arsenal, which puts him out of the Turkish side’s price-range.
Kolasinac has now reportedly verbally agreed a contract for Fenerbahce, which will see him take a major wage cut and earn £1.5 million a year instead.
The Bosnian does have a year left on his Arsenal contract though, and apparently could demand the difference from the Gunners.

Not ideal for Arsenal
That could see Arsenal have to pay just over £3 million over 12 months to Kolasinac, even though he isn’t contracted to them.
Of course, that is far from an ideal scenario for Mikel Arteta and Edu, who are looking to cut costs.
But it would at least save them some money, and it may be a compromise that they have to come to.
Arsenal have not managed to find many buyers for their fringe players, and after such an indifferent season last time around, Kolasinac was never likely to command much of a fee.
