Arsenal have reportedly made a formal offer for Manuel Locatelli.
According to Sportitalia, via Football Italia, the Gunners have moved for the Sassuolo and Italy ace.
However, Arsenal may not be frontrunners for Locatelli’s signature.

Sassuolo have reportedly held a positive meeting with Juventus over the 23-year-old.
Juve have apparently proposed €30m (around £25.5m) plus young defender Radu Dragusin.
Meanwhile, Locatelli reportedly prefers a potential switch to Juve over the other options on the table.
As well as Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund have apparently tabled a bid too.
Arsenal reportedly eyeing Euro 2020 rising star
Locatelli came through the ranks at AC Milan and joined Sassuolo on loan in 2018.
A year later, the Neroverdi paid a reported £12.6m to sign him permanently.

Locatelli has made 99 appearances for Sassuolo, including 34 last season.
However, the rising star is now truly making a name for himself at Euro 2020.
He has registered two goals and one assist from Italy’s three group games.
“Decisions to make”
Earlier this month, Locatelli admitted he may have a tough decision to make on his future once the Euros are over.
“It is just gossip. There is such an important competition to play and I am focused on that,’ he told reporters at Italy’s training camp, via Metro.
“It is normal to have rumours about the transfer market, but I will not let myself be influenced by them.
“It would be a waste of time to think about that, even though I know that after the Euros will have some decisions to make.”
