Arsenal have reportedly made an approach for Marseille star Morgan Sanson.
According to Le10 Sport, the Gunners have sounded out the 25-year-old as a means of bolstering their midfield ahead of 2019/20.
The publication say it is ‘no secret’ that the Ligue 1 side need money, and are prepared to cash in on one of their top players.

The club have already brought in two other midfield players, further suggesting Sanson could be on his way.
No concrete offer has yet been made by the north Londoners, but they are said to be ‘paying close attention’.
It was claimed recently by Le Phoceen that the club valued Sanson at around £32 million, but the French giants would do well to get close to that figure.
Sanson has been with Marseille since 2017, arriving from Montpellier in a deal worth around £11 million (GFFN).
The maestro has been a mainstay in the starting XI since joining, making 138 appearances in all competitions already.
TBR’s View – Torreira out, Sanson in?
Given Marseille’s financial situation, the possibility of Arsenal landing Sanson this summer is fairly reasonable.

He certainly wouldn’t cost too much, and could be a replacement for Lucas Torreira, whose future has again been up for discussion in the papers this week.
It seems the Uruguayan could return to Italy, with Fiorentina, Torino and AC Milan having all been named as interested of late.
Sanson is more of a box-to-box player than Torreira having shown an aptitude for creating and scoring, as well as doing the dirty work in midfield.
