Kieran Trippier would rather join Manchester United than Arsenal, the Telegraph suggests.
Old Trafford preference
Arsenal have been strongly linked with Trippier in recent times, but the latest update says that United remains his first choice team to join this summer.
The Sun have said that Arsenal still want to do a deal for the England international right-back this summer, who last moved for £20 million back in 2019 (Telegraph).
However, it is Old Trafford where the 30-year-old apparently would really like to be playing his football.
That does not necessarily rule Arsenal out of the race to sign him though.
Arsenal still in the hunt?

Trippier is said to be keen on a return to the Premier League in the latest update, and there is no guarantee that United will move for him between now and the end of the month.
Arsenal, on the other hand, are in dire need of a right-back – as they have struggled in the position so far this season.
With Hector Bellerin up for sale, Mikel Arteta has been forced to play Calum Chambers and Cedric at right-back, but neither have been particularly impressive.
And landing a player of Trippier’s quality would certainly help to improve Arsenal’s backline.
