Arsenal are reportedly in the running for the signature of promising Lyon midfielder Bruno Guimaraes, according to a report from TodoFichajes.
They claim that Lyon may need to sell the player this summer after failing to qualify for the Champions League.
The Ligue 1 side would reportedly demand a fee in the region of €40 million (£35m) for the Brazilian, who only joined the club from Atletico Paranaense in January.

Barcelona are also keen on the 22-year-old and for Arsenal, it would be a chance to secure a player they missed out on in January.
As reported by Globo Esporte and the Daily Mail, Arsenal technical director Edu was fond of his countryman and was ready to make a move for the player in January. Unfortunately, amid competition from the likes of Atletico Madrid, Benfica and Chelsea, Guimares ended up picking Lyon and joined the French side in a €20 million (£18m) deal.
Whilst Guimaraes would now cost double the amount Arsenal were seemingly quoted in January, it would still give the Gunners a second chance to bring in a player they were clearly keen on just a few months ago.
Whether it is financially viable given the current global health crisis remains to be seen.
