Arsenal Invincible Freddie Ljungberg could replace Steve Bould as Unai Emery’s assistant manager this summer.
football.london report that the former Gunners winger is a prime candidate to either replace or partner the 56-year-old as Emery’s right-hand man should the Spaniard desire a reshuffle.

Ljungberg is currently the head coach of the club’s U23 side and has impressed with the way he’s got them playing.
In his first season, he has led them to a second-placed finish behind Everton, with only four points separating the two sides in the final table.
Ljungberg’s team were the most prolific side in the division though, scoring 48 goals in 22 games.
TBR’s view
By all accounts, Ljungberg is really starting to make a name for himself as a coach.
Eddie Nketiah, Bukary Sako, Julio Pleguezuelo and Zech Medley are all knocking on the door of the first-team which is a testament to the Swede’s influence.

The two-time Premier League winner, who scored 71 goals in nine years with the Gunners, could be a welcome addition to the Arsenal first-team coaching staff.
football.london state a source has told them Emery is looking to move Bould on, and that Ljungberg is a progressive and articulate individual who is looking to climb the coaching ladder.
