Arsenal are reportedly one of two Premier League clubs that are interested in goalkeeper David Raya from Championship side Brentford.
According to football publication 90min, the Gunners and top-flight rivals Manchester City are both considering moves for the highly-rated 24-year-old in the upcoming window.
It is understood that Man City are looking for an understudy to their number one Ederson, while Arsenal’s goalkeeping coach has picked out the Brentford man as a target after helping to oversee his move to Griffin Park.
The report claims that London club Brentford could allow the Spaniard to leave if an offer of £10million was submitted.
Raya’s brilliant form in net this season means his valuation from last summer has more than trebled, after he joined Brentford from Blackburn Rovers for £3million (Sky Sports) at the beginning of the season.

TBR’s View:
Raya is a really promising goalkeeper that has played every Championship minute this season and is now preparing for the play-offs with third-placed Brentford, who are vying still to get in the Premier League.
He’s kept 16 clean sheets in 46 league appearances and continues to improve with his shot-stopping, so he could be ideal competition for Bernd Leno.
90min’s report states that Arsenal number two goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez may want to pursue first-team football elsewhere due to his form of late at the Emirates Stadium and that would leave the Gunners needing a replacement.
