A report from BT in Denmark has linked Arsenal with a move for Brondby midfielder Anis Ben Slimane during the summer transfer window.
The Gunners have reportedly already initiated contact with the 19-year-old who looks like being the subject of vast interest during the summer.
A young starlet, he has four appearances to his name for the Brondby first-team, scoring one goal and registering one assist.
The Danish giants are demanding £4.4 million for Ben Slimane’s services with him under contract until 2023.

Manchester United and AC Milan were reportedly interested in the player back in January, according to Fotboll Skanalen.
It’s unsure whether Arsenal will part with the valuation that Brondby want for their young star but discussions are in place.
Typically a central midfielder, Ben Slimane can also operate as a defensive midfielder protecting the back four.
Arsenal have a proud history with young players, although some have enjoyed more success than others.
Mikel Arteta has made no secret of his desire to sign ball-playing midfielders and Ben Slimane would fit the criteria.
Whether or not, he will be viewed as a first-team player straight away remains to be seen.
Arteta could let him play with Steve Bould’s under-23 ranks first, with a view to him graduating to the first-team.

Given that United and Milan wanted him in January it seems likely Arsenal will face competition for his signature.
With that in mind, Arsenal should move quickly if they have hopes of signing the youngster.
Cash might be at a premium in the summer and Arteta will surely want to do his summer business early.
