Arsenal have reportedly been in talks with Fulham youngster Ibane Bowat, according to TEAMtalk.
However, Mikel Arteta’s Gunners aren’t believed to be the only Premier League side in the running – Everton, West Ham and Brighton are also said to be in pursuit of the defender.
Bowat has been a mainstay for Fulham’s Under-18 side over the last two years, and helped the Cottagers win the Premier League South title last season.

The 6ft 2in gem penned a two-year scholarship at Fulham in July 2019, and has recently been promoted into their Under-23 squad.
TEAMtalk claims that the West Londoners are eager to keep the Scotland youth international, and have offered him a professional contract to sign in June.
Bowat’s contract expires in the summer, and negotiations between the player’s camp and the aforementioned Premier League sides have reportedly been ongoing for the past few weeks.
He has made 12 U18 appearances this season and has been called up to Scotland’s U19s, though he is still eligible to play for England and France.

Bowat is a very talented prospect, a left-footed defender who’s predominantly a centre-back but can also play as a left-back.
There are plenty of great players currently in the ranks at Hale End and Bowat certainly looks like a great potential addition, though competition for his signature will be fierce.
