Arsenal could genuinely have a chance of doing a deal for Lautaro Martinez, according to what sources have told EuroSport.
Real chance
When Arsenal were first linked with Martinez the move looked to be hugely ambitious.
Inter Milan have just won the league and Martinez is one of the most coveted strikers in world football.
However, those close to Inter suggest that Arsenal may just have a shot of landing the Argentinian if they can present a tempting offer.
If Arsenal were to bid £65 million that could apparently be enough to force Inter into a sale, given how badly they are struggling for cash.
Premier League appeal
Martinez also apparently would be keen to move to the Premier League, and Arsenal are the only side really pushing for him so far – increasing the likelihood of such a deal.

Raising the sort of money that would tempt Inter will be difficult for Mikel Arteta’s side.
However, with so many players up for grabs, Arsenal may well be able to bring in significant funds from their own planned sales.
And if Arsenal do manage to shift some of their unwanted players out, it will be interesting to see if they push on with a deal for the forward labelled as ‘spectacular’ by Lionel Messi (Mundo Deportivo).
