Report: Arsenal have £25m offer ready for 'complete' striker, and his club's willing to do business
Arsenal have been linked with a number of strikers in recent months, and it’s not surprising.
The Gunners really could do with bringing in at least one new centre-forward in the summer.
Arsenal offloaded Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in January and failed to bring in a replacement.

The Gunners were seemingly hoping to sign Dusan Vlahovic, but he joined Juventus instead.
In addition, Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are out of contract at the end of the season.
One player Arsenal have been linked with in recent months is Atletico Madrid’s Alvaro Morata.
Calciomercato has suggested that the Gunners have stepped up their interest in the 29-year-old.
The Italian outlet – via Sport Witness – claims Arsenal are ‘accelerating’ in their pursuit of Morata.
The Spaniard is currently on loan at Juventus, who apparently have an obligation to buy for €30m (£25m).
However, Juve are reportedly looking to take Morata for just €15m (£12.5m) in the next window.
Arsenal’s final league position could prove crucial if they want the former Chelsea man.
Morata is reportedly unwilling to join the Gunners if they don’t qualify for the Champions League.
Meanwhile, Tuttojuve – also via Sport Witness – claims Arsenal are willing to pay the full €30m.
The outlet claims Arsenal ‘threaten Juve for Morata’ – the Bianconeri are apparently hoping for a discount.
Indeed, the Gunners’ interest has ‘proved extremely beneficial’ for Diego Simeone’s side.
Arsenal appear to be ‘the most likely bidder’.
Back in 2017, Frank Lampard deemed Morata a “very complete striker.
“He has everything,” he added. “Speed, quality on the ball, his movement is fantastic and he can score goals.”

Arsenal have been stung in the past by high-profile, seemingly marquee signings that end up flattering to deceive.
Morata, a big name who struggled at Chelsea, is nearly 30 and hasn’t been especially prolific, appears to be more of the same.
And while £25million isn’t a stratospheric sum in the world of football nowadays, Arsenal could invest that money in better ways.
Gabriel Jesus reportedly also has a £25million price tag – and he’s four years younger and has much more proven Premier League experience.
