Arsenal could allow young midfielder, Joe Willock, to leave the club before Monday’s deadline, according to Sky Sports.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is mulling over whether to allow some of his younger fringe players to move on. The likes of Reiss Nelson and Ainsley Maitland-Niles have been mentioned as two who could go.

However, Willock is another who could be on the temporary chopping block at The Emirates. Sky says the 21-year-old is one of the players Arsenal could allow to go out, with game time limited for him as things stand.
It’s a stance backed up too by Football.London journalist Chris Wheatley. He took to Twitter earlier to also suggest Willock will be allowed out this month.
Willock has been part of the squad this season but the arrival of Martin Odegaard and the emergence of Emile Smith-Rowe has pushed him down the pecking order. However, Arteta does rate him, and singled out Willock’s ‘special qualities’ earlier in the campaign.

The youngster has appeared seven times in the Premier League this season and has three goals and three assists in the Europa League.
TBR View: Smart move this for Willock, minutes will do him good
Arteta is seemingly managing his young talent well and a move out for Willock might do him the world of good.
He’s a talented player but he does need to play. Arsenal know that, and they won’t want him to be sat not contributing if he can be developing elsewhere.
A move, then, looks likely before Monday and there’s bound to be a number of takers for Willock come Monday evening.
