Arsenal can sign versatile Oleksandr Zinchenko from champions Manchester City for £35 million this summer.
The Daily Mail report that the Gunners are in talks with Mikel Arteta’s former club over the signing of the Ukrainian international.
And he can leave if Arsenal pay City’s asking price, which is £35 million, according to the report.
That would help Pep Guardiola’s men fund the signing of a new left-back, with Marc Cucurella at Brighton their number one target.

Arsenal can sign Zinchenko for £35 million
Arsenal have of course made one signing from City already this summer, in the shape of Gabriel Jesus, who will now be their main man.
It is a bit less clear cut that Zinchenko would play every week if he made the move to Arsenal, and he would likely want to play in midfield.
Some Gunners fans may see him as an upgrade on Granit Xhaka, in terms of a left-footed central midfielder, with more calmness and great technique.

Zinchenko has of course had show immense strength last season and that earned praise from Ben Davies of Tottenham, who said: “The way that Zinchenko has handled it all in the media is a real credit to him, and he has shown what a standout man he is,” as per Football.London.
The Ukraine international has had to fill in at left back for most of his City career, and made a crucial contribution to their title win against Aston Villa in their last competitive game.
Now, like Jesus, it could be time for him to step out of the shadows and get more gametime in his favoured position, if Arsenal pay the asking price.
