Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have been approached by Lucas Vazquez’s representatives over a potential summer move for the 29-year-old, according to a report from the Daily Mirror.
Vazquez is currently set to be a free agent at the end of the campaign. The Daily Mirror claims that both he and Real Madrid are now preparing for him to leave the Bernabeu in the coming months.

The report notes that the wide-man has rejected a new three-year deal with Los Blancos. That offer would have seen him take a 10 percent pay-cut.
He is keen to sign a four-year contract at his next club. And the Daily Mirror claims that Arsenal and Spurs have been approached about his availability.

It is suggested that he would love to work with Jose Mourinho once again – having come through the ranks when the Tottenham boss was in the Spanish capital. But the appeal of playing in London has also led to contact being made with the Gunners.
TBR View: Spurs and Arsenal should jump at chance to make Vazquez offer
The chance to sign Vazquez – who earns £50,000-a-week, according to Cuatro – on a free transfer is one that is surely too good for the likes of Arsenal and Spurs to turn down.
He is a player who can play all the way down the right flank. And he has contributed seven assists for Real in La Liga and the Champions League this term.
The Mirror does note that he wants to be playing in the Champions League next year. And that may obviously prove to be a stumbling block for both sides, as things stand.
But the pair could arguably do with improving their options at right-back. So perhaps it should be no surprise if they prove to be two of the options Vazquez is able to consider when the time comes to make a decision on his future.
