According to Calciomercato, Arsenal and Manchester City are both keen on signing Inter Milan defender, Achraf Hakimi, in the summer window.
The Moroccan only arrived in Milan during the summer, joining Inter for a fee in the region of £40m from Real Madrid. The move came after Hakimi had impressed during a loan spell with Borussia Dortmund.

However, reports from Italy now suggest that Arsenal, City, and Chelsea are all keen on landing Hakimi in the summer. Just 12 months on from signing, it remains unclear if Inter would be open to a deal.
It’s also not the first time Arsenal and City have registered interest in Hakimi. The Daily Mail claimed last April that the right-back was a target for the Gunners, as well as a host of Premier League clubs.

The 22-year-old has always been highly-rated. Indeed, his own agent tipped him to be the ‘best in the world in his position’ prior to his move from Madrid last year.
TBR View: Hakimi the perfect modern-day full-back, he’d be brilliant at Arsenal
Hector Bellerin ended up staying so it’s not exactly a priority position for Arsenal at the moment but Hakimi is some player.
He is capable of playing as a winger, like he has done with Inter at times. But in terms of modern full-backs and the attributes needed, he’s pretty much got everything.
Hakimi won’t come cheap. But given his form and ability, it’s little wonder to see the likes of Arteta and Guardiola eyeing up a move.
