French outlet Le10Sport have claimed that Arsenal have joined Everton in talks to sign Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot this summer, with the Old Lady placing the six-time Ligue 1 champion on the transfer list.
Rabiot, 25, is expected to leave Juventus after becoming disillusioned at Juventus since his move to the Italian champions last summer from Paris Saint-Germain. Juve’s enormous central midfield competition has limited Rabiot to just 16 starts.
Indeed, Blaise Matuidi, Sami Khedira, Aaron Ramsey, Miralem Pjanic and others have limited Rabiot to just a handful of appearances and it is clear that he will leave – though the report states he will cost at least £26million.
Arsenal, who have repeatedly been linked with a move Rabiot, have joined Everton in opening talks over a move for the midfielder. Carlo Ancelotti previously worked with Rabiot, though, and that may prove crucial in Rabiot’s next decision.

TBR’s view – Rabiot and Partey would give Arsenal top-four midfield
Arsenal have been heavily linked with Atletico Madrid brute Thomas Partey and a move seems as though it could occur this summer. Landing the Ghanaian, and Rabiot, would be stunning Arsenal business.
Combining the two players behind a more attacking midfielder, such as Mesut Ozil, would give the Gunners a midfield capable of pushing the north London side into the Champions League places.
