Arsenal are one of several clubs reportedly hoping to land Paulo Dybala on a free transfer this summer.
Corriere dello Sport (30/3/22, p.14), as covered by Sport Witness, has shared an update on the Juventus star.
The Italian newspaper claims the Gunners are up against Tottenham and Manchester City for the Argentine’s services.

Dybala’s Juve contract is up in the summer and he’s all-but set to up sticks and find pastures new.
In addition, one of the 28-year-old’d representatives is also reported to be in England this week.
Dybala’s agent is apparently doing a ‘recon lap in the Premier League’.
And Arsenal are reportedly ‘thinking carefully’ about the Albiceleste star for next season.
However, Corriere dello Sport claims Atletico Madrid remain frontrunners for Dybala’s signature.
That said, ‘the path leading to the finish line will not be short, because the continental market will be particularly vibrant next summer’.
“Quality to win the Ballon d’Or”
Arsenal are all-but guaranteed to be on the lookout for new forwards at the end of the season.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta currently has just two senior strikers in his ranks.
In addition, both Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are out of contract in summer.
And Dybala, one of the most high-profile forwards in world football, would fit the bill for Arsenal.
In 283 appearances for Juve, Dybala has registered 113 goals and 48 assists.
He has also captained the team on several occasions.
Dybala’s CV is very impressive – five Scudettos, four Italian Cups and three Italian Super Cups.
“I feel he has become a complete player,” Alessandro Del Piero said in 2020.
And Massimiliano Allegri, upon returning to Juve, said: “Only Messi and Cristiano are better than Dybala.
“He has the quality to win the Ballon d’Or.”
