Arsenal target David Raya could be edging closer to a move to the Emirates after his agent appeared to confirm they will do whatever it takes to get the Spaniard to north London.
The Brentford star has emerged as one of the best goalkeepers in the Championship following a move from Blackburn. However, that form has now attracted the Gunners, who could be set to launch a move as they look for a replacement for Emi Martinez.

Martinez looks set to join Aston Villa in the coming days after Arsenal agreed to sell the stopper in a reported £15m deal, according to the Independent.
That leaves a space in the squad and, according to a report from Sport, Raya’s agent has suggested he will push ahead with trying to force the move.
“We will do what is necessary,” Raya’s agent is quoted as saying in the report.

However, Brentford appear to be playing hardball when it comes to the potential sale of Raya. The Mirror claims that the Bees are ‘refusing to sell’ their goalkeeper, meaning the Gunners may well end up paying a hefty fee to land the Brentford ace.

The player wants it, the agent wants it, and Arsenal want it, so eventually this move will probably happen.
It looks like just being a game of cat and mouse for now, as the Bees once again look to ensure they get the very best deal they can for one of their best players.
They probably will as well. The’ve just got around £30m for Ollie Watkins so, eventually, the Gunners will probably end up paying a decent fee for the goalkeeper.
