Fabio Paratici appears to be really getting down to work at Tottenham Hotspur now, with three transfers heading towards completion.
Three in?
Tottenham edged closer to signing Bryan Gil and Pierluigi Gollini yesterday evening, with Fabrizio Romano confirming that the pair were on the verge of moves to North London.
The Times now claim that Tottenham are still confident of landing Takehiro Tomiyasu from Bologna as well.
Tomiyasu was first linked with Spurs weeks back, but a difference in valuations has delayed the deal.
First bid made
Spurs have submitted a bid for the Japanese central defender which was rejected by Bologna, but they are still said to be optimistic that they will get a deal over the line.
That means that Tomiyasu could be the first defender to arrive in Paratici’s reign, and he could form part of Nuno’s new look side.

Tomiyasu is widely expected to start at right-back if he does sign for Spurs.
The 22-year-old is regarded is a strong defensive full-back and he could well turn out to be an upgrade on Serge Aurier, who has never fully convinced in the position.
Tottenham also have Matt Doherty to compete for a place. The Irishman struggled in his first season in North London, but has caught the eye under Nuno before at Wolves.
