Spurs could face competition from AC Milan if they wish to sign Lille goalkeeper, Mike Maignan, with Calciomercato claiming the Italian outfit are now keen.
Milan’s apparenty interest comes in the same week that French outlet, Foot Mercato, claimed Spurs were keen on signing Maignan as a replacement for Hugo Lloris.

Jose Mourinho and his team are said to be impressed with Maignan. With Lloris well into his 30s and facing an uncertain future, the club needs to act in the next window or two to secure their next long-term stopper.
Indeed, Lloris has been linked with a move to Manchester United this week as well. That talk, of course, may fuel the fires that have previously linked Dean Henderson with a move to North London.
Maignan, 25, has impressed in recent seasons and is believed to be available for just over £20m. Milan, meanwhile, could swoop for the stopper with the future of Gianluigi Donnarumma still up in the air somewhat.
TBR View: Spurs need to act this summer to replace Lloris
While Lloris has been a superb servant to the club, mistakes have started to creep in a bit too often and now might be the time for Spurs to act.
Maignan looks every bit the perfect replacement for Lloris. At 25, he’s nowhere near his prime for a goalkeeper, meaning Spurs could well get a decade out of the Frenchman.
In the current market, a fee of just over £20m is hardly breaking the bank. If Maignan is available, then Daniel Levy should sanction the move ASAP.
