AC Milan has now joined the race to sign Bournemouth striker, Josh King, who has been linked with a move to a number of Premier League clubs, including Newcastle United.
The Magpies are thought to be keen on King, who scored six times for the Cherries last season as they were relegated.

However, with a reported £25m fee on his head, no club has made a concrete move for the Norwegian yet. And now, the Daily Mail claims that AC Milan are now looking to make their presence known in the hunt for the forward.
The 28-year-old forward is expected to be among a number of players Bournemouth lose this summer. The likes of David Brooks and Callum Wilson are expected to leave, while Ryan Fraser has already left.

The Cherries, then, will be hoping for Milan to stump up the cash to sign King. Newcastle, on the other hand, will be hoping the Serie A side walks away, allowing them a cleaner run at landing the former Man United youngster.
Ast £25m, it’s not that important for Newcastle to land King – TBR View
Six Premier League goals don’t really warrant a demand of £25m. Of course, Bournemouth are in their rights to demand what they want but it’s no surprise to see it being quiet when it comes to King.
Clubs are being careful with their spending this summer so there’s just no way a team in the PL are spending £25m on him.
Milan could well be an option, though. In terms of the player, it would be a fresh start in a new league. King won’t want to play Championship football so if Newcastle do move on, then Serie A may well suit.
