Moussa Sissoko was not part of Tottenham Hotspur’s training group ahead of their game with Pacos de Ferreira tonight, Football London report.
Not in Portugal
Sissoko was not included in the Tottenham squad to go to Portugal, despite also not featuring on opening day.
Tottenham are set to name a much changed line-up this evening, with Nuno confirming that no player who started against Manchester City will play 90 minutes tonight.
That means that the likes of Pierluigi Gollini, Cristian Romero and Bryan Gil could all be in with a chance of featuring.
However, Sissoko has been left at home – which surely adds further confirming that he could be off.
Sissoko has been heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham this summer, but there has been a lack of interest in him so far, according to the Athletic.
Financial boost?
If Spurs could offload Sissoko it would be a boost for their finances.
He is on a sizeable wage – although he is unlikely to command much in the way of a transfer fee at this stage of his career.

Sissoko has improved as a player during his time at Spurs after joining them for £30 million back in 2016 (Sky).
Two seasons ago he played a particularly important role, with his driving runs from midfield a big asset for the North London side.
But he slipped down the pecking order last year and appears to have no chance of breaking back into the team under Nuno now.
Both Cameron Carter-Vickers and Jack Clarke, who have also been linked with a move away, were part of the session.
