Real Betis may be forced to sell Guido Rodriguez to Liverpool, La Razon suggests.
Liverpool in with a chance?
Liverpool have an interest in singing the central midfielder, who is said to be available for around £25 million this month now.
Betis are on the verge of signing Lyanco, but his arrival will apparently force them into sales.
And it is claimed that Rodriguez to Liverpool could now actually happen.
U-turn
Interestingly, Betis’ president Haro Garcia actually said recently that Rodriguez wasn’t up for sale (Estadio Deportivo).
But it seems that he has now done a u-turn, which could present Liverpool with the chance to land the 27-year-old.

Rodriguez has impressed in Spain and has become one of La Liga’s most highly regarded defensive midfielders.
If he was to join Liverpool he could slot straight into their midfield and offer more protection to their backline.
Liverpool still haven’t replaced Georginio Wijnaldum this summer and for £25 million there may be few better value for money options than Rodriguez.
