Report: 21-year-old could return to Everton training on Saturday, first chance for Benitez to see him
Moise Kean could rejoin Everton training on Saturday after spending last season out on loan at PSG, the Athletic report.
Kean was not pictured in Rafael Benitez’s first Everton training session which led to concerns that he may be set to depart.
But the Athletic say that Kean is actually just isolating, and his absence wasn’t transfer related.
An uncertain future
That being said, it is claimed that it is far from out of the question that Everton do offload the Italian forward in the coming weeks.
While the Toffees will not loan him out again, if a substantial bid did come in, Benitez’s new side may well listen.
Kean has failed to make much of an impact at Everton since he arrived, although his form at PSG did show that he remains a very bright talent.
If the Toffees could get the best out of the youngster then he could still be a valuable asset.
But it appears that he is facing a very uncertain future this summer, with it yet to be seen if clubs will come in and try to prise him away from Goodison Park.
